Data deletion
Last updated: October 8, 2026
You can remove Postwith’s access to your social accounts and delete your data at any time. Here’s how.
Disconnect one social account
- Sign in to Postwith and open Social accounts.
- Choose the account and select Disconnect.
We immediately revoke and delete the stored access credentials for that account. New posts can no longer be published to it.
Remove Postwith from Facebook or Instagram
- Go to your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
- Find Postwith and select Remove.
When Meta notifies us that you removed Postwith, we delete the credentials and profile data we received for your accounts. To also delete your posts and analytics history, request full deletion below.
Remove Postwith from Google / YouTube, TikTok or Pinterest
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Postwith → Remove access.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions → Postwith → Remove.
- Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Apps → Postwith → Revoke access.
Delete everything
Email privacy@postwith.app from the address on your Postwith account with the subject “Delete my Postwith data”, or use Settings → Delete account in the app.
We confirm your request, then delete your account, connected-account data, content, media and analytics within 30 days. We may keep minimal records where the law requires it (for example, payment records), and security logs expire within 90 days.
