Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Postwith, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“Postwith”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
Postwith lets you and AI agents you authorize prepare, approve, publish and measure posts on social platforms you connect, through each platform’s official API. Platform features, limits and availability are set by the platforms and can change; we show what each connected account supports and cannot guarantee any platform will accept or keep any post.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by AI agents, scripts or API clients you connect. Keep your credentials and API tokens secure.
Your content and approvals
- You own the content you publish. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit it solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for what you approve and publish, including ensuring you have the rights to all media and that your content complies with the law and each platform’s rules.
- By default the Service publishes only versions you have approved. If you create rules that allow automatic publishing, you are responsible for the actions taken under those rules.
Acceptable use
You may not use Postwith to send spam or unsolicited messages, create fake engagement, impersonate others, publish unlawful, infringing or harmful content, attempt to circumvent platform rules or rate limits, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third-party platforms
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta’s, TikTok’s and Pinterest’s terms. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes regarding your account or content.
Plans, payments and refunds
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Founding lifetime is a one-time purchase that grants access to the Pro plan features for the life of the Service, subject to the fair-use limits shown at purchase (including the number of connected accounts). It is non-transferable.
- Founding lifetime purchases are fully refundable on request until 14 days after you are given access to the Service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely we will give at least 60 days’ notice and let you export your data.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service, including analytics and learnings, is provided “as is”. Performance insights are observational and do not guarantee future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost followers.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes will be resolved in its courts, except where your local consumer law gives you other rights.
